Cancellation Policy
Minimum Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled consultation to avoid fees. Method of Notification: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to Sean. Late Notice: Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the consultation fee. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made within the allowed notice period can be accommodated without penalty, based on availability. Emergency Exceptions: Cancellations due to verified medical emergencies, natural disasters, or unforeseen events will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be requested. Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Acknowledgment: By booking the consultation, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this cancellation policy
